RACHEL FITNESS is coming TORONTO! Let's make this a huge hit so we can do this all the time!
This class will be half strength training & half cardio but do not worry there is a walking option and 2 bikes available for every class!
This is a small private group training something I have never offered in Toronto to a small group. There will be time for meet and greet before and after the class.
You need to bring nothing but a smile and maybe your spouse since it is Father's Day ;)
