This six-piece exercise band package includes four resistance bands and two mini ankle bands. It's the perfect kit for starting your Rachel Fitness journey.

Each standard 4.6' long resistance band accommodates most users. Featuring two rotating plastic handles, these bands don't include insignias or logos. The black band is ideal for 'heavy resistance' while the blue band is ideal for 'intermediate' level users.

The tubing portion measures approximately 4 feet (122cm) in length, unstretched. The length of the tubing with handles included is approximately 4.6 feet (140cm).

Ideal for lower body exercises, the mini bands are are comfortable around the ankles and don't include insignias or logos. The blue band features a 'heavy' resistance while the green band is ideal for 'medium/heavy' resistance.
