Shipping Policy

Rachel Fitness offers complimentary standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (not including discounts and tax).

Where We Ship

We currently only ship to US addresses, excluding PO Boxes. To inquire about ordering for delivery outside of the US or to inquire about other shipping options within the US, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during peak holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.

Orders must be received by 1pm EST Monday-Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options

Shipping rates and details are as follow:

Standard: estimated delivery within 4-7 business days from processing of the order*	$15 USD, plus applicable taxes Free for orders over $75 USD (excluding discounts and taxes)
Expedited: estimated delivery within 2-3 business days from processing of the order *	$30 USD, plus applicable taxes

*Delivery times are subject to change depending on shipping location.

Orders do not require a signature for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only available for select locations.

We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

Taxes

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and state tax legislation.
